  DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I would give it less than one star if I could, because of the consistent rudeness from the front staff and the office manager. I’m not one to post a bad review based off one visit, so this only comes after several bad experiences from this practice! Lora, who works in the front, is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with in ALL my (many) years! She is unprofessional, rude and argumentative, to not only myself, but the other patients as well. I cannot believe they have her working there! I have had SEVERAL UNPLEASANT interactions with her, but the most recent time I went in, as I approached the front desk she was on her cell phone (which always seems to be the case for her), she didn’t even bother to look up and acknowledge me. I was instructed to sign in and have a seat...then after she got off her cell phone she proceeded to stand around talking and laughing with the other employees. It took her 15 minutes before she helped me. Had I not been early for my appointment, I would have been late! I decided to call back one day to talk to the office manager about my concerns, but she is NEVER in the office! And when I finally did get to speak with her, she was also VERY unpleasant to deal with. She was dismissive and told me I was misinformed and basically accused me of lying (which is no surprise since I have had other people tell me they have been treated VERY poorly by the “office manager” before)! I found the rest of the staff to be very pleasant and helpful, BUT the doctors should SERIOUSLY think about how these two employees are treating their patients and what they are doing to their practice!

  They are wonderful.. until there's a problem and then they won't talk to you. My husband and I have been going to this practice for a couple of years and were very happy. Then I had a problem with the prescription they gave me for my glasses. I could not see with them, and I was told "maybe there's something wrong with my eyes!" Really!? The office manager would not speak to me after numerous attempts to resolve the issue. The doctors were unwilling to address the problem. How do you resolve an issue when you are unwilling to talk to the patient!? We will not be going back! My advice - find a practice that actually cares about their patients' satisfaction and care.
