- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First of all, the clinic is not nice looking what so ever. It's very dirty looking, uncomforting, and old. Second of all, the majority of the staff is extremely unprofessional. They way they uphold themselves, and speak to you. I brought my cat in and the lady snapped at me for not holding the cat correctly for her to look at him. I'm sorry? I didn't realize this was my job, why did I bring them here if you are not going to do the work or at least guide me in helping. Lastly, they are just plain rude. I'm sorry my cat did not enjoy you cutting his nails but that does not throw him back at me. Do not treat me like a bad owner because you had a hard time doing your job. No matter the instance it should be their duty to treat the customers with respect and kindness. Will not be coming back.
