  By far the worst dermatologist I have ever been to. If I could give them zero stars I would, but for the purpose of leaving a comment, I had to. I had a confirmed appointment and I had arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Once I got there, they had me fill out paperwork which I did. I waited 30 minutes and then approached the lady at the front desk to see how much longer and she said it shouldn't be that much longer, Reid should be done with the patient soon. Then an hour passed by and they kept me in the waiting room then finally called me into the room. The nurse that grabbed me to come into the room asked why it took them so long to call me back for my appointment and I said "I dont know" Like how am I suppose to know the answer as to why it took so long for you to come get me???? And then kept me waiting in the room for another hour... Then once I decided to leave, the PA Rachel Reid, told me the reason why she kept me waiting: her patient was going through cancer or some disease that should be confidential between the doctor and patient and there was no reason to disclose that information to me. She basically forced me to go through with the appointment and it was the worst decision. She was completely rushing the appointment and whenever I asked a question she would be so short with the answers because she had other patients who had more serious cases than me, apparently. $115 down the drain and oh and they never did a follow up call. I called several times to ask about my prescriptions and they were always kind enough to respond and help, but they never called to schedule a follow up appointment or even to see how the medication and everything was going for me. Not worth it. There are better dermatologist in Denton who don't blame their patients for their lack of organization and being behind schedule. I would suggest going to Bliss Beauty Studio in Dallas if you have sever acne and acne scars. I've only done 3 sessions so far of Microneedling and my skin has never looked better!
