  My wife has been seeing this doctor for about a year now and I recently had to start with her because of an insurance change, and after having to shell out over two hundred dollars in lab fees and co-pays due to unnecessary follow up visits, I'm not too impressed. As other people have said, making an appointment is often just optimistic speculation- you need to budget at least three hours for a visit, and then your time with the doctor is less than ten minutes. The Denton office is awful- the waiting room is claustrophobic in the extreme, with people almost sitting on top of one another, and it seems that most of her patients are quite elderly. One man was regaling me with an account of Teddy Roosevelt's charge up San Juan hill, and I believe it may have been first hand. The parking lot is the pits too- very small and narrow. I was told that I had high blood pressure, but I'm sure it was partially caused by watching all the old women taking aim at my car either entering or leaving the lot that triggered it.

  Dr is great. Office staff, not so much. When you leave a message for the nurse they don't bother to to call you back at all. Then when you finally do get them on the phone they tell you they can't help you and you need tonnage an appt. If they would returned my call to tell me that that I would've already been in to see the Dr for the second time for same issue.
