  Cheap rates, but dealing with the claim service, has been the bane of my existence. Car was totalled by another driver, and not once could I get the adjuster to contact me back, or answer her phone. Ended up dealing 100% with the other guys insurance adjuster, through progressive, and they were 100x more helpful and pleasant to work with, even though they were the ones at fault. Now that the settlement has been accepted and the car signed over, I tried to cancel my acceptance policy, and they are making me jump through 900 hoops to cancel my policy, and dragging it out over 30 days after I originally tried to cancel, so that they don't have to pay back the money I paid on my policy through December. Literally am so done with acceptance. I've been loyal for 8 years, and as soon as I actually needed you, I have been slapped left and right. Shop elsewhere, small company means less responsibility to its customers and service...
